While our podcast is not the most downloaded on Apple Podcasts or Spotify, we value the relationship we have with all of our listeners and feel it is important to be clear about our guiding principles regarding sponsorships and the sakes and products we feature on our podcast.
Currently, we do not accept advertisements and we also do not produce sponsored content. Our podcast is currently fully supported by subscriptions from our Patreon members, as well as our own personal contributions to the costs of our podcast.
Our content is our own and we produce our podcast episodes and chose our topics, sakes and guests based off of our own interests and ideas. Our tastings and product reviews are our own thoughts, and are not influenced by outside companies or businesses.
Sake Donations or Submissions:
We welcome brewers, producers, distributors, retailers or restaurants to submit sake samples or products to Sake Revolution for us to consider featuring on our podcast. Please contact us if you would like to send us sake for consideration. Please note that if a sake or product is provided to us at no cost, there is no guarantee or implied promise for us to review, taste or feature that sake or product on a Sake Revolution podcast episode. We do not produce episodes or feature sake in exchange for free products or services.
Affiliate Links:
Our show notes sometimes contain links and information on where to purchase featured sakes. Please note, links to TippsySake.com in particular are affiliate links and any sake purchased through these links earns us a small commission at no additional cost to you.
Business Disclosure:
Any existing business relationship with any sake brand or brewery featured in an episode will be disclosed in the episode recording and in the show notes.
Unless otherwise noted, all sakes featured in a Sake Revolution Episode have been purchased with our own budget. We will always highlight any sakes or products that have been provided at no cost to us.
Thank you for taking the time to review our ethics statement. At the end of the day, we want to create fun and educational sake content for all to enjoy. Our budget is not limitless, so we do welcome sake and product submissions, but we promise to be transparent about them.
As always, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at: [email protected]
